Where We Ship
We deliver our Booch Kombucha and Jun to most cities across Ontario.

Houses: If you're not home, no worries — your order will be left right at your front door (no signature needed).

Apartments/Condos: Our couriers need access to the building, so please include your buzzer number or contact info when you order.
💡 Tip: Pop your bottles in the fridge as soon as they arrive to keep them fresh and fizzy!
Delivery Schedule
Delivery depends on where you live — check the map for your zone:

Green Zone (London, Toronto + other cities shown in green): Delivered weekly

Red & Blue Zones: Delivered bi-weekly

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Need to make a change? No problem — just let us know before your order has been fulfilled, and we'll take care of it.
Returns & Replacements
Since our drinks are perishable, we aren't able to accept returns.
That said, if your order ever arrives damaged, missing something, or doesn't make it to you, please reach out right away. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
